“Bachelors in the Badlands” is one of my shots taken watching a bachelor herd of Big Horn Mountain Sheep in the Badlands of South Dakota. It achieved first place in the CEI photo competition.

I had a good three days following these Big Horn Sheep around in the Badlands National Park in South Dakota. Watching these Big Horns on the edge of the valley with the beautiful Badlands in behind was mesmerizing. It was a wonderful trip and one that I will do again for much longer.
